The company Piensos Saioa, located in the Ultzama Valley, manufactures products for feeding farm animals.

They are currently operating a biomass boiler fuelled by forest chips, which has replaced a smaller boiler that was installed some 15 years ago. The motivation was economic but also consistent with the operation of the company.

And the result is optimal, both economically and from the idea of changing the model towards reducing their carbon footprint, to which the company is committed.
